Is the Universe Friendly?

I believe that the universe is friendly, I understand that some people would be scared or afraid of the unknown but there will be other "people" in the universe thinking the same about us on Earth. While we don't know what other "people" in the universe have or are planning to do, but as I was saying the idea of other "people" being out there is just new as it's only being thought of recently, but 50 years from now celebrities might be traveling to the Moon for vacation.
