The Gaps on Your Resume

Thank you for this lovey article. I found it very poignant and meaningful. Also, I found the photo a perfect companion for the article. The photo generates a sense of reflection...an old, worn fence, showing it's wear over the years, starting out straight then wobbling, and weaving, but still standing.
