Meditation is being in PRESENT. It is just being a witness in a compartment of the world realities around U.
Just witness tne COMMUNE without any self indulgence. Gradually that worldly compartment will diminish and may vanish too.
Meditation is to prepare oueselves to accept any situation; calmly, without any hesitation. And U RESOLVE it.
During meditation; let thoughts come. Observe them IMPARTIALLY.
Never get involved. Your awareness not 2 indulge in, will drive it out. Finally U will become VACENT. U will be in your real state, undisturbed by the external worldly realities.
Try it ur-self. U r the blessed one to adopt it and adore it.
