Organizing With Love

In general I agree but I'd like to ask for some clarification on this part... "We would organize with the perspective that there is wisdom and experience and amazing story in the communities we love, and instead of starting up new ideas/organizations all the time, we would want to listen, support, collaborate, merge, and grow through fusion, not competition." Why is having new ideas or organizations bad? They can be from love. They do not have to be in competition with each other. Perhaps you can give an example?
