An Awe Walk

My takeaway word from this article is the word AMUSEMENT. I find myself very amused by many circumstances and people. This amusement allows me to smile and often laugh out loud. I am enjoying so many more mindful moments because I'm really having a great time interacting with the AWE. I am awe stuck by almost anything including how delicious the soup I made from scratch tasted, how much fun shoveling the snow in the driveway is as snowflakes sparkle and chase me. I laugh at the way people drive and make up silly nicknames like nervous Nelly or racecar Ralph who weaves in and out of traffic and then I meet him at the stop light. My senses of smell, taste, hearing have improved and I am more sensitive to subtle and beautiful things.
