I was taught "The Golden Rule" treat others how you would like to be treated. It's not easy to do, when others have been taught differently. As stated in the text "No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.
As a African American Women to face the stereotypes of being uneducated, weak, homemaker, hostile, aggressive, overbearing and ill-tempered. Just to name a few, when facing yourself in the mirror you should be proud of what you see. Without me there is no them. If we as a people apply 'The Golden Rule" the future of our generations will have a new from freedom like never before.

Perfectly accurate. Bronze people, especially women have so much to deal with if we lose focus on this person looking back at us from the mirror, we will someday lose our values and uniqueness.
