There Are Many Voices Beside Ours

It is really connected passage with my life. I always got the feedback that I jumped in discussion,I never listen or I always talk rather than keeping silent.I want to improve on this skill to be silent even in the situation where I want to speak. I realized from some situation or personal/professional experiences I have to keep calm,listen,observe and then speak if required And lack of doing this I saw myself in trouble or people pointed on me for being wrong or interpret wrong and So many times I made the situation worst.Ireally want to improve.Kindly help me to build my skill on listening and be silent.
