Thank-you for the insirational words. I have a tattoo around my right ancle that reads calm down, smile and laugh. This is for me. I encourage the children of my life, and adults when facing a challenge to breath deep, bigin, get through it and then it is done. I say chilren because the challenge for them so often is home work.
