The Practice Before The Practice

When I lost my daughter to a car accident I entered a dark cave of grief. Upon emerging I felt that I was able to empathize like never before.

It is wonderful that something great, your greatly expanded ability to empathize, came out of such deep grief, the death of your daughter.
