Right now, I'm dealing with insomnia, I've been having the fear of not going back to sleep when i am awake in the early hours. I am aware that I am supposed to be withthe fear. When it said above, look at and acknowledge your fear gently above, I closed my eyes and I imagined my fear tucked in my arms, like a small puppy dog and pet and comforted it(in visualization) momentarily, it felt a bit better. Fear is not real, I understand it's perception. Perhaps if I imagine it to be something non threatening I can let go of my preconceived ideas about what really represents it.
