very good, so many beautiful things are there, but it is not reaching the poor that is my cry, here we are running a school for tribal poor, they are qualifying in local language, kannada and they dont have exposure for the wonderful english , i am serious ly toying with the idea of teaching will you help

ya, i teach pranayam means controlling the breathing, pranayam in sanskrit means, prana means the air we breathe and yama means to control, we in hale hold the breath and exhale, we can not live with out breathing for long, we can survive with out water and food, i survived when i had operation/surgery in the mouth for three months, that made me tough, grief is the gift of god
