the year was 1998 and i was a part of the Landmark education & i remember clearly making an intent to make a difference in the life of others. i can see how this intent has sprouted and grown into a tree with deep roots and ready to be of service to everything and everyone.
There is no past and future and life happens in the here and now. i met my guru/mentor in 2010 and till date i only see myself expanding from within. i have no judgement and opinion of this person and just accept him the way he is. when i truly appreciate all aspects and versions of me thats when i can appreciate other people like i appreciate nature. Am still work in progress...
Self knowledge is finding the answer to the question Who am I ? Just being in sincere inquiry of who am I is enough to cultivate self knowledge. Being a part of a sangha and observing those who have got self knowledge, following the laws of nature, practice of stillness etc are ways that can lead us to self knowledge.
