The most powerful revenge is fruitfulness in one's own life, fruitfulness in love, compassion, empathy, forgiveness, and generosity.

Faith is like fresh clean water in nature. Beliefs are like bottled water by different companies.

Reflecting on it, I got the image of a monkey jumping from one tree to another, landing on the branch of a dry tree. It was really dry and also brittle, and it broke. The monkey landed on a lower branch, and that also broke. Three or four branches broke and finally, the monkey landed on the ground, and said to itself: "Now I can confidently fall down"

 I was waiing for a very important reply. Each day I felt a deep melting of my identity as the reply did not come. Then I remembered  whatJesus said: I am not what I do, or what others say or think of me or what I possess. Deeper than that, I am a particle of God, the beloved of God (Luke 4,1-13; Luke 3,21-21). Also  everything works togeher for good if your open to th divine   "Masterplan" (Romans 8,28). Human responses are bubbles in the river of life. My essence is the undercurrent, the Source, the Fountain, where I am part of Pure Being. 

 I AM LIKE ALL BEINGS, I AM LIKE SOME BEINGS, I AM LIKE NO OTHER BEING. 
 

 When I become fully present Now, in body,mind and spirit, I get a glimpse of eternity already in the  Now

 I found a  wounded water-bird shivering in a very cold pond. I brought her to my room,gave her some food and kept her warm for a day. Miraculously she recovered  and I took and released her into her natural habitat. Her partner was searching for her. What a joy in their reunion!!!!!. How deeply  related  and grateful I feel for this participation in Life.... 

 IN THANKS GIVING FOR LIFE,  I WANT TO RESPECT ALL FORMS OF LIFE,  ESPECIALLY THE FEEBLEST, WEAKEST, THE TINIEST, 

 Every religion practises fasting some time or other. Why do we fast? So that  when life comes up with situations where I have to let go, I will be more prepared to do so. It is like in a drama. We practise and practise so that we will do well in the final performance. Practice flows into life. From life we get inspiration and energy to practise more.

 I am unique, and i have a mission. That is why I came out  of the Infinite. I am one way God smiles at the whole creation. If I were not here, it would be like God is missiong one of His/Her teeth while smiling!!!!!! 

 TO BE ALIVE IS TO BE HERE,NOW, COMPLETING EACH ACTION BEING FULLY PRESENT TO THE PRESENT MOMENT. IT MEANS BEING TOTALLY PRESENT WITHOUT THE BURDEN OF SELF. TO BE ALIVE IS TO EXPERIENCE A SENSE OF BELONGING TO THE WHOLE OF CREATION.

 YES, NO INCARNATION, NO RELIGION, NO SCRIPTURE CAN EXHAUST THE TREMENDOUS MYSTERY OF GOD. JESUS WAS FULLY OPEN TO THE DIVINE. LIKE THE ROOT IS IN THE STEM, THE STEM IN THE BRANCHES, SO GOD WAS / IS IN JESUS. WHEN I MEDITATE LIKE JESUS, I AWAKEN THE CHRIST IN ME.

 As I meditate like Christ,I see him opening up to divine love,which invades his innermost being. This love sets him free from normal human limitations, and releases his INNER FOUNTAIN OF LOVE. This love flows towards all beings, especially the most  in need. This movement meets with opposition,  egoism, personal and collective, which condemns him to death. But a selfless soul cannot be killed. He lives in the souls of all who open up to love.Christness is awakened in me whenever I feel love  and take even a small step to love.

 I like to meditate looking at Christ. He closed the doors of his senses and went deep down into the cave of his heart to be one with the Divine. being united with the source of all beings, he opened his eyes and saw that someone's hunger was his hunger; someone's thirst was his thirst; someone's homelessness, his own homelessness. Melting in Love, his life was a life of creation, (seeing goodness in every one and helping him or her to bring it out) and of identification (identifying himself with the need of each one).

 seeking is necessary, just as keeping awake is necessary to see the sunrise. But my my keeping awake does not make the sun to rise. It is a grace given to me when I am open, when i have done my part to dispose myself to the gift of silence  

 Yes, I agree. We must not rush to social work because I feel compelled to do it. That is the outflow of unfreedom. When I am aware and full of love, there is an outflow of love in the form of identification. I identify myself with you, your need, your hunger, homelessness, pain, loneliness. They become mine. It is a joyful passover from self to you and we become on. It is a flowering of awareness.
