Mediation and silence lets us dive deep and observe, the breath , the sensations, the feelings, the thoughts. I think that's what is the river (of thoughts) . Observing within gets us to the habit of even observing deeply outside

Wow. I am still thinking about the line. "It is looking in the rear view mirror that we haven't left any clutter behind, any obstruction for someone else.
