I’ve been married to the same person for nearly 40 years in our mid 60s and never had that experience…….we do and did something’s together and more than not most on our own. I think it’s a disservice to make sweeping assumptions
Good post, but rather shallow. Improving immunity be it physical or mental is a journey that takes time and patience. Inner peacefulness is not immunity but the realisation of acceptance that leads to calmness.
Earlier in my life I would reflexively kill an insect in my home. But as I aged I changed. Starting several years ago I release all insects in my home including at different times: yellow jackets which I somehow coaxed to the front door from upstairs and saw them out. I felt & feel much better about this humane approach for obvious reasoning,
